About Jackson Lawn Medics

Dawn comes slowly to Mooringsport. Fog lifts off Caddo Lake in loose ribbons, bald cypress stand knee-deep in still water with their moss hanging motionless, and the little lakeside town seems to hold its breath. Jackson Lawn Medics looks after lawns here, and the name tells you how the work is approached: look a yard over first, see where summer heat has thinned it or a wet spring has let it run wild, then set it right. A tidy mow, trimming done close, grass that looks healthy from the road: that is the cure on offer. When the sun finally clears the cypress and lights up a yard put back on its feet, the difference is plain to see.
