About Pelican State Property Services, LLC.

West of Laplace the marsh runs out toward Lake Maurepas, and at sunset the water goes copper while the pelicans cross low over the grass. Pelican State Property Services, LLC. works the properties back in town, mowing, edging, and trimming lawns into even shape. Across wide lots and small, the trade is the same — a yard brought level and neat, its borders drawn clean. There is a good feeling in a property finished as the light goes gold over the water. Pelican State serves Laplace and the nearby river and lake communities.
