Mow Down Lawn Service L.L.C.

About Mow Down Lawn Service L.L.C.

By noon in midtown Lake Charles the St. Augustine grass throws off a green heat you can almost see, and the cicadas make one long note out of the whole afternoon. Mow Down Lawn Service works straight through it, mowing and edging and trimming the yards block by block until each one sits square to the curb. There is pride in leaving a lawn so crisp the shade of the porch looks cooler for it. Storms build over the Gulf most summer afternoons, so the trick is finishing ahead of the first gray wall of rain. When it passes and the sun returns, the cut lines are still there, sharp as ever.
