Geaux Works

About Geaux Works

Downtown Lafayette hums along Jefferson Street, where the old brick storefronts hold the midday heat and the whole of Acadiana seems to pass through. Geaux Works carries a bit of that get-it-done spirit out into the yards, mowing and edging with the kind of momentum the name promises. The grass never stops for long down here, so neither does the work, a clean cut this week and another the next, the lawn always looking kept. There is plain satisfaction in a job squared away and a yard left even. From Lafayette to Broussard and Youngsville, they keep moving and keep the grass sharp.
