Bayou Gator Lawn Care

About Bayou Gator Lawn Care

Late in the day the bayou goes still enough to hold the cypress upside down, and the light over Lacombe turns the color of sweet tea. Bayou Gator Lawn Care likes to finish on an evening like that — mower shut off, the edge along the walk crisp, every clipping blown off the concrete and gone. Mowing, trimming, hedge work and cutting back whatever crept in where nobody invited it: that is the shape of the week. Down here the grass grows fast and grows twice, so from March to October the pace hardly slackens, and a yard held to that standard shows it. Work runs across Lacombe and out toward Bayou Liberty, Slidell and Mandeville.
