Sharp’s Lawn Care & Maintenance

About Sharp’s Lawn Care & Maintenance

October belongs to the fair in Franklinton, when the whole parish drives in past the courthouse square and every front yard along the way has been cut for company. Sharp's Lawn Care & Maintenance keeps that standard the other eleven months too — mowing on a set rhythm, trimming close to walls and mailbox posts, edging the drive so the concrete ends in a line you can follow, and clearing the leaves that come down once the nights finally turn. Hedges get brought back to shape before they crowd a window. Beds get pulled clean so the mulch reads dark against the grass. Between the pine woods and the old dairy pastures, a well-kept yard is a small, steady kind of pride.
