About Acadiana Choppers Landscaping

Before the traffic on I-10 finds its stride, the prairie around Duson is still all silver — dew standing on every blade, the horizon so flat it seems to hold the whole sky. That is the hour Acadiana Choppers Landscaping likes best, when the mower's first pass leaves a dark seam through the wet and you can read the shape of the whole yard in it. We mow, edge the drive and the walk, trim the borders close, and clear the clippings off the concrete so nothing follows anybody inside. By the time the sun climbs over the rice fields the lines are laid straight and the drive is swept bare. On ground this open there is nowhere to hide a crooked pass, and that suits us fine.
