BRY-SHA'S

About BRY-SHA'S

Morning comes to Crowley low and white, fog sitting over the rice fields north of town until the sun burns it off the levees. BRY-SHA'S is out in that hour, mower already warm, cutting while the grass still holds the night's damp. The work here is lawn care in its plain sense — mowing, edging, trimming the lines a yard forgets about, and blowing the walks clean before the heat sets in. What stays behind is a lawn with a straight shoulder along the drive and not a clipping left on the concrete, the kind of finish you notice from the street without knowing why. Acadia Parish grass grows fast and asks to be kept, and it gets kept.
