About Davids Cattle & Dirtwork, LLC

October evenings out past the Coushatta town limits turn the pasture ground gold, and the low pine hills finally let go of the day's heat. Davids Cattle & Dirtwork, LLC keeps lawns across that open country, where a yard runs right up to a fence line and the grass grows uneven over rolling ground. The mowing follows the lay of the land, then the trimmer takes the corners a deck can never reach — gateposts, culvert ends, the shade under an old oak. Edges get cut in along the gravel drive so the lawn stops where it ought to and the ground reads clean all the way to the road. Come the first cold snap the leaves and the last of the season's growth get gathered up, and the place is put to rest until the grass wakes again.
