About Darby’s Tree Service LLC

Late on a summer evening the flooded rice fields around Church Point go to mirror, and every pecan in the section stands doubled in the water. Darby's Tree Service LLC keeps those trees in condition — pruning that clears the dead wood a wet year leaves behind, tree trimming that pulls limbs back off a roof line and a barn, tree removal for the one a hard blow left cracked at the fork. Out on the prairie a tree carries its whole load alone, so what gets cut and what stays is a decision worth taking slowly. When the thunderheads finally come up from the Gulf and drop a top across a driveway, storm damage cleanup gets it sectioned, hauled and raked. By morning the field is a mirror again and the yard is simply a yard, wide and quiet.
