MID SOUTH LAWN CARE SERVICES

About MID SOUTH LAWN CARE SERVICES

Herons lift off the shallows at first light in Charenton, a town near the western rim of the Atchafalaya Basin where cypress, open water and old roads meet. This is the home of the Chitimacha Tribe of Louisiana, where mornings come up still and silver, the sun burning slowly through the haze. MID SOUTH LAWN CARE SERVICES keeps yards in Charenton mowed, trimmed and neat, a clean square of green set against the wild edge of swamp country. Grass grows fast in this warm, wet corner of Louisiana, and keeping it even is absorbing, hands-on work. A fresh-cut lawn beside the basin reads as a small piece of order in a beautifully untamed place.
