About Davis Savage

The first real cool front slides down through Ouachita Parish in October, and all at once a Brownsville morning is worth being outside for. Davis Savage puts days like that to use: mowing while the grass finally slows, cutting the walks back to their proper lines, clearing the leaves that come down behind the front. It is straightforward lawn care, worked at the pace each season asks for. There is quiet satisfaction in the last cut of the year, a yard put to bed level and neat before the cold. When the ground warms again in March, the same care picks right back up.
