About Johnny on the Spot

A Bridge City yard can get away from you in a week. Johnny on the Spot answers that — mowing, edging, trimming, cleanup, hauling off whatever the mower turns up. The route runs the short blocks off the highway and down toward the water, where towboats push past Nine Mile Point and the current keeps its own schedule. There is no mystery to the job: show up, cut it even, edge it sharp, sweep the drive, move on. What gets left behind is a lawn that looks like somebody meant it.
