About Cro-Slit Turf Services

First light in Boutte arrives as fog, lifting off Bayou Gauche and drifting through the cypress until the sun burns it back. Cro-Slit Turf Services begins the day in that gray hour — mowing, edging, trimming, and clearing debris so a St. Charles Parish yard comes out of the mist looking tended. Turf here lives in heavy soil and heavier air, and it asks for attention on a rhythm rather than a whim. What the work is after is simple and hard to fake: an even cut across the whole lawn, a clean line where grass meets drive, nothing scattered behind. It is the sort of result a neighbor notices from the street without quite knowing why.
