Munch’s Lawn Care

About Munch’s Lawn Care

The best week of the year in Bourg is the first one in October, when a north wind finally pushes the wet air out toward the marsh and you can work all day with your shirt dry. Munch's Lawn Care takes that window seriously — the last hard cuts of the season, edges reset sharp along the concrete, leaves and cane trash cleared out of the beds before winter settles in. Yards here run long and narrow off the bayou, one side sunny and one side sleeping under oak, and each half wants a different touch to look like one lawn. The reward is standing at the road afterward and seeing a stripe run unbroken from the mailbox to the back fence. It is a small thing, kept up all year, and it is what makes a place feel looked after.
