Olly's Lawn And Garden Care

About Olly's Lawn And Garden Care

October is the kindest month for a garden in Bogalusa. The humidity finally breaks, camellia buds fatten up along the north sides of houses, satsumas start to color, and beds that survived the summer are ready to be put right. Olly's Lawn And Garden Care spends that stretch weeding, cutting back the spent growth, refreshing mulch and shaping shrubs so the cool months have something worth looking at. Mowing continues on its own schedule until the grass finally slows, and the leaves get moved off before they mat down over everything. It is close work, done kneeling as often as standing, and the reward is a yard and garden that look tended right down to the soil.
