About Coastal Lawn Service

South of Bayou Cane the land runs flat and green until it gives itself over to marsh, and that is the direction the weather comes from: a gray wall in the afternoon, a hard twenty minutes of rain, then steam rising off every lawn on the block. Coastal Lawn Service works around that sky, cutting on the dry side of the day and coming back for the trim work once the ground firms up. Mowing on a set schedule, edge lines along curb and sidewalk, trimming close to beds and foundations, and the loose yard debris carried off — that is the round. Gulf humidity makes grass here grow like it has somewhere to be, and staying ahead of it is the whole art. A yard they have finished looks calm, which in this climate is its own accomplishment.
