About The Parish Group

East Baton Rouge Parish gathers its neighborhoods around City Park's lake and its old oaks, and The Parish Group works the yards that fill it. Through the rounds of a warm Louisiana year the crew mows, edges, and keeps lawns tidy street by street. The grass here grows nearly the whole calendar, so an even pass each week is a piece of civic order. A yard kept clean makes a block feel looked after. Across East Baton Rouge Parish, the Parish Group tends the ground the parish is built on.
