About Performance Land Works

Out on the Ruckerville side of Clark County the lots run long, past the tobacco barns and into ground that gets away from a push mower by June. Performance Land Works meets that at scale — field and acreage mowing, brush cutting through honeysuckle and briar, overgrowth pulled back off the fence lines. Midsummer is heat and haze and cicadas in the treeline, dust hanging behind the deck, and then a field that reads flat and open in the evening. Smaller yards get the same treatment: cut, trim, clean up, leave. There's a plain satisfaction in taking a place that was going wild and handing it back usable.
