About Big Dawg Tree Service & Stump Grinding LLC

There is a particular Winchester front yard where the tree came out one winter and the stump stayed, humped up in the middle of the grass and dulling a mower blade every spring. That is the job Big Dawg Tree Service & Stump Grinding LLC likes best of all: tree removal first, then the stump ground down below grade, the chips worked back into the hole, and level ground where an obstacle used to sit. Tree trimming rounds it out — a limb lifted off a garage roof on a side street, a crown thinned so light reaches the lawn again. Late fall is a good stretch for it in Clark County, when the leaves are down and the whole structure of a tree shows at once. Come spring the grass closes over the spot and nobody remembers anything was ever there.
