Al's Landscape Contractors

About Al's Landscape Contractors

Drive almost any county road out of Winchester and you pass hand-stacked limestone fences holding a line older than the pasture behind them. Al's Landscape Contractors keeps its own kind of line, handling landscape work, bed shaping, mowing and trimming on properties from town out toward Kiddville and Trapp. Midsummer in Clark County is heat, cicadas and grass that gains an inch in one thunderstorm, so the route runs steady and the blades stay sharp. A finished yard reads a little like a good fence: nothing dramatic about it, just every edge sitting exactly where it belongs. That is the part worth the sweat.
