Hutchinson Lawns

About Hutchinson Lawns

A few miles north of Versailles the train tracks run right down the center of Midway's main street, and the towns on either side of that line keep their yards with a certain amount of care. Hutchinson Lawns mows through that stretch of Woodford County, trimming close along fence lines, edging drives, keeping the cut grass off the walk. Visits stay weekly through the growing months, because bluegrass turf in a wet Kentucky May will not wait on anybody. Later in the year the job shifts toward leaves, hauling the fall off a lawn before the first hard freeze pins it down. Every yard is left with its lines running the way they ought to.
