About Everyday Service for Seniors

On the older streets near downtown Shepherdsville the porches face the road, and the yards are small, square and easy to love when somebody keeps at them. Everyday Service for Seniors runs a weekly route through those blocks — mowing, trimming, edging, the walk blown clear before the truck pulls away. Spring here brings dogwood and a great deal of rain, and a lawn can get away from a person in seven days; the whole idea of a regular visit is that it never does. It is a good feeling to pull up to a yard cut on the same day for months running and find it exactly as it should be. In October the leaves come down and the route shifts to cleanups without missing a week.
