About Sunlight Lawncare, LLC

By noon in July, Shelbyville is all glare and shimmer, the shade under a big front-yard maple the only honest relief for a hundred yards in any direction. Sunlight Lawncare, LLC works the hot months the way they have to be worked: deck raised so the turf keeps some root under it, blades kept sharp so the cut heals instead of browning, mowing and trimming done early and the beds kept clear so the ground breathes. Kentucky summers ask a lot of a lawn, and the ones that come through it are the ones somebody adjusted for. Late in the day the light goes low and gold across a cut yard and every line shows at once. That is the hour the work looks like what it is.
