About Precision Property Management/Lawncare & Landscaping

Tuesday, seven in the morning, trailer gates down along the Midland Trail while Shelbyville is still mostly commuters headed for the interstate. Precision Property Management/Lawncare & Landscaping runs the day as a route — mow, trim, edge, blow, load, next — across storefront frontages, office lots and the neighborhoods that spread out behind them. Doing it this way means the same yards get the same attention on the same day of the week, and mowing direction gets alternated so the turf never learns a rut. The stripes matter to some clients and the corners matter to all of them, and both come from the pass being the same every time. By late afternoon the route closes where it opened, and every property on it looks like the day it was last cut, which is the point.
