About Perez N Cortez Landscaping LLC

April in Shelbyville shows up in color first — redbuds going purple along the fencerows, dogwood white at the woods' edge, and every bed in town waiting to be opened back up. Perez N Cortez Landscaping LLC spends those weeks on the parts of a yard people actually stand and look at: cutting a fresh spade line around the beds, pulling out what winter left, laying mulch dark and even, and putting the first mow of the year down at a height the turf can carry. The ground is soft this time of year and the work smells like it — wet earth, cut grass, cedar mulch. Then comes the season's rhythm of mowing, trimming and keeping the beds honest through a Kentucky summer. Every yard has one view that matters most, usually from the front door looking out, and that is the one worth getting right.
