About Mesker Lawn Service

Weather in this part of the Pennyroyal comes from the west and announces itself early — a dark line over the fields, then thunder somewhere past Scottsville, then rain. Mesker Lawn Service learns to read that sky, cutting and trimming in the window before it opens and finishing the edges once the storm has moved on toward the lake. Grass grows hardest in the days right after a good soaking, which is exactly when a yard needs attention. Wet or dry, the aim holds steady: an even cut, sharp lines along the walk, nothing left scattered on the drive. It is simple work done on the weather's schedule, and Allen County keeps it interesting.
