About DRAPERS lawn & Landscaping, LLC

Summer mornings in Prestonsburg begin with fog lying low on the Levisa Fork, and the grass down in the river bottom holds its dew until the sun finds a way over the ridge. DRAPERS lawn & Landscaping, LLC starts the day into that cool hour, when the mower cuts clean and the clippings fall soft instead of scattering. Mowing, string trimming, edging and clearing away the cuttings are the whole of the work, done yard by yard across Floyd County until each lawn reads level from the road. There is real satisfaction in an edge drawn straight along a Prestonsburg sidewalk, a small deliberate line in a town of curving hollows and bending water. By the time the fog burns off the ridgeline, the morning's yards are standing tidy in the light.
