Landworks

About Landworks

Under every lawn in Bourbon County there is limestone, and it is the reason the grass here comes up so green and grows back so quickly. Landworks takes the long view of that ground — mowing on a rhythm the turf can keep up with, trimming out the corners a deck can never reach, edging drives and walks until a property has its outline back. Larger acreage gets the same treatment as a town yard; the only difference is how many passes it takes. In September, when the heat finally lets go and the bluegrass surges one more time, the cut lines look their sharpest of the year. Then the leaves arrive, and the cleanup work carries those lawns into winter.
