Perfection Lawn Care

About Perfection Lawn Care

The Natcher Bridge catches the last of the light west of Owensboro, its cables turning pink above the water while the town underneath begins to cool. Perfection Lawn Care is usually finishing about then — the last trim run, the last pass with the blower, tailgate up before dark. Mowing, string trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups make up the week; the river sunsets are simply what comes with working outdoors in this county. A lawn cut in the evening keeps its color better through a western Kentucky August. They stay with Owensboro and the roads out from it, one yard at a time until the light is gone.
