About Sodfather Lawn Care

Oakland sits in sinkhole country, where fog off the Barren River pools in the low spots on a spring morning and lets go by nine. Sodfather Lawn Care works those rolling Warren County yards — the ones with a limestone shelf close to the surface and grass that comes on in uneven bursts because of it. Mowing on a set rhythm, trimming tight to the fence line and the barn corner, edging the drive, then clearing the clippings off the concrete. Fall and spring mean the bigger clearing: leaves out of the low corners, turf readied for the stretch ahead. A yard cut level in a landscape that is anything but is a small, satisfying trick.
