Wintergreen lawn care

About Wintergreen lawn care

Late February in Nicholasville is the color of straw and slate — the fescue holding on flat and dormant, the fields waiting, and the first warm afternoon somewhere just ahead. Wintergreen lawn care spends that stretch on the work nobody sees: late-season cleanups, clearing what the cold months packed into the corners, then aeration and overseeding to open the ground before the ground wakes up. By the time green-up arrives across Jessamine County, the turf comes in thick rather than patchy, and the mowing, trimming and edging simply keep what the winter work set up. It is unhurried, and it pays out every April. A yard that greens early and evenly is the plainest proof there is that somebody was paying attention.
