Oasis Turf & Tree

About Oasis Turf & Tree

Late August, heat settles into the bowl this river town sits in, and the turf goes tight and pale where the sun stays longest. Oasis Turf & Tree raises the deck then, cutting high so the grass keeps its own shade, taking less off with each pass until the weather finally breaks. Borders and trim work stay sharp regardless — that is what carries a lawn's appearance through a dry stretch. When September rain arrives over Newport the color returns inside a week, and the shape was never lost in the first place. Reading the season is most of the craft.
