McMahan Mowing

About McMahan Mowing

There is a smell to a Kentucky July afternoon — cut grass and hot metal and, from off past somebody's fence, hay. McMahan Mowing spends those afternoons doing one thing thoroughly across Mount Washington: mowing, with the trimming and edging that finish it properly. Lines get laid straight, the direction changed week to week so the turf stands up instead of laying over. Big lots, small lots, ditch banks and back corners, all of it taken down even. A lawn cut on the day it actually needed cutting never looks like it was cut at all — it simply looks right.
