Wolsey's Lawn Care

About Wolsey's Lawn Care

A wet week in June and everything here grows a foot — the hayfields, the ditch banks, the yard that got cut last Tuesday. Wolsey's Lawn Care turns up on the far side of that rain, once the ground will finally hold a wheel and the whole route needs doing at the same time. Mowing, trimming around posts and mailboxes and the shade trees, then edging and a clean sweep off the drive. Monticello sits between lake water and ridge country, and the same humidity that keeps it this green is what makes it work; that's the trade, and it's a fair one. Yards in town and out the roads toward the county line, kept up on a regular round.
