About Nalley’s Lawn Service & Landscaping, LLC

October is the honest season out along Fern Creek and Okolona, when the maples let go all at once and every lawn between Bardstown Road and Preston Highway disappears under gold. Nalley's Lawn Service & Landscaping, LLC spends those weeks pulling yards back out from under it — leaves cleared off the turf and out of the fence corners, beds stripped down and re-mulched, the last mowings taken low enough to carry the grass into cold weather. Autumn light here comes in sideways and shows every ragged edge, which is reason enough to run the edger one more time along the walk. Downspout corners get raked, the porch and drive get blown, and what stays is bare dark mulch, a level lawn and a house that looks ready. The rest of the year the same crew keeps it mowed and trimmed on schedule.
