About Direct Lawn Care

Late afternoon in the Highlands, the light comes sideways down the side streets off Bardstown Road and every blade of grass throws its own shadow. Direct Lawn Care keeps the small deep yards of central Jefferson County — shotgun-house strips, narrow side lots, the ribbon of turf between sidewalk and curb. Each one gets mowed, edged clean against the concrete, and trimmed around the porch steps and the mailbox post. A small yard shows every mistake, which is exactly the reason to make none. When the mower shuts off, the street sounds like a neighborhood again.
