Atlas Lawn Care

About Atlas Lawn Care

The Middle Fork of Beargrass Creek keeps its own hours, and Atlas Lawn Care keeps them too — out on eastern Jefferson County yards in June while the dew still silvers the grass under the sycamores. Mowing, string trimming, and edging make up the whole of a day here, done in the order that leaves a lawn looking finished rather than merely shortened. Warm rain and river-valley humidity push Kentucky grass hard from May onward, so the work is really about rhythm: back again before the yard gets ahead of anyone. There is a plain satisfaction in a driveway edge that runs true from the street to the garage, and in clippings blown off the walk until the concrete reads clean. When the growing slows, seasonal cleanups carry the rest of the calendar.
