About J's Lawn & Landscaping Inc.

October in St. Matthews and Middletown turns the streets into a slow rain of maple and hackberry, and the lawns underneath disappear a little more each week. J's Lawn & Landscaping Inc. works east Louisville straight through that long stretch — leaf cleanup and hauling, late-season mowings, trimming, edging, and clearing the drives and walks until a yard reads finished. Through the growing months the mowers keep a weekly rotation, from the first flush of April onward. Yards here sit on old limestone ground beneath big trees, which makes for patient work around roots and bed lines. The satisfaction is in leaving a lawn with nothing on it but grass and light.
