About Imperial Lawn & Landscape

Old Frankfort Pike runs west out of Lexington between black plank fences, and on early summer mornings the fog sits in the low pastures until the sun lifts it off the ridge. That is the hour Imperial Lawn & Landscape likes best — the mower off the trailer while the bluegrass is still cool, the first pass laid down straight and every pass after it following that line. Mowing, edging and string trimming here are a matter of geometry: a clean cut along the drive, a tidy ring around the bur oak, hard surfaces blown off before the truck pulls away. Through the growing months they keep a yard on rhythm week after week, and when the leaves let go in fall they haul them out and hand the lawn back open to the light. Limestone ground grows grass fast in this county; the craft is meeting it on time, every time.
