Bluegrass Lawn Services

About Bluegrass Lawn Services

Fog lies in the low fields along Old Frankfort Pike most spring mornings, snagging on the black plank fences and the old stone walls until the sun burns it off around eight. Bluegrass Lawn Services starts about then, when the dew has lifted enough to cut clean and the ground still has its give. Mowing, edging, trimming, and the mulch beds tidied around the foundation and the mailbox — the ordinary rhythm that keeps a place looking looked-after from the road. The limestone under this county grows grass like almost nowhere else, and it is a pleasure to work turf that wants to be green. By midday the lines are laid and the walks are clear, and the yard carries the same kept look as the country just outside town.
