About Mullins Turf and Lawn Care LLC

Turf is the subject here, and October is its month in Oldham County — ground still warm, nights gone cool, grass ready to thicken if somebody gives it the chance. Mullins Turf and Lawn Care LLC aims the whole calendar at that: mowing at the right height all summer, cleanups that keep the leaf canopy off the crowns, fall attention that sets up next year's stand. Lawns around La Grange grow on clay and limestone and do not forgive a rushed pass. The payoff arrives in May, when a stand that looked thin and tired comes back dense enough to walk barefoot across. In this trade, patience is a technique.
