About Gutierrez Landscaping

Ohio Valley storms build west of Independence through July and land fast, and the grass answers inside a day or two of the rain. Gutierrez Landscaping works around that weather, cutting between systems so the fescue never gets away and running the trimmer down the fence lines and mailbox posts a deck can never quite reach. A wet summer here means more passes, not fewer, and there is pride in never letting a lawn look forgotten. A finished yard on a humid evening, borders sharp and the drive blown bare, is worth the heat it took. Independence, Elsmere, Erlanger and Florence fall inside the working radius.
