About Lawn Care Plus

By November the color has gone out of the Pennyroyal and into the ground — fields gone tan, tree lines gray, the first real frost silvering the lawns of Hopkinsville before the sun gets up over the rooftops. Lawn Care Plus treats that stretch as its own kind of busy season: leaves off the turf before they smother it, one last cut taken clean, aeration and overseeding to set up whatever spring intends to do. Through the growing months it is mowing, edging and trimming on a schedule, week after week, so the fall work has something worth protecting. There is a lot of satisfaction in the final pass of the year, walking a yard that is bare, even and put to bed right. Come April, that is the yard that greens up first on the block.
