Mabry's Lawn Care

About Mabry's Lawn Care

Saturdays in Hopkinsville have a sound to them: ballfields going in the middle distance, a mower somewhere two streets over, screen doors. Mabry's Lawn Care is often the mower, running a route while the town is out in its yards and the light is still on the friendly side of hot. Cutting, trimming the fence corners the deck cannot reach, edging where grass has crept over the drive apron, then blowing the clippings back off the walk before pulling away. Nobody notices the trimming, which is exactly why it gets done carefully. What people do notice is a lawn that looks finished when they pull in, and that is what the truck is for.
