Carr Bros Mowing

About Carr Bros Mowing

Late August in Christian County smells like cut grass and dark-fired smoke drifting low out of the barns, and the light goes thick and amber by five o'clock. Carr Bros Mowing runs the roads through all of it — town lots, long farm yards, the wide green aprons around houses set back off the county blacktop. Mowing is the backbone: a straight pass, a tight turn, trimming around posts and mailboxes and the base of every tree, then edging so the drive has a defined lip again. Bigger places get the same attention as the quarter-acre ones, just more of it. There is pride in pulling out of a driveway and looking back at ground that lies flat and even all the way to the fence.
