Spruce Up Lawncare

About Spruce Up Lawncare

The first real mowing week in Oldham County arrives sometime in April, once the ground along Harrods Creek has dried enough to carry a machine and everything is growing at the same moment. Spruce Up Lawncare starts there and keeps going — weekly cuts, trimming around posts and trees, cutting the drive edge back to a clean line, clippings cleared before leaving. Goshen yards are big and open, and open ground shows every miss, which is a decent reason to be particular. Through the humid middle of summer the grass sets the pace; by late October it finally lets up. A yard that looks freshly seen to, week after week, is the point of the whole thing.
