Bluegrass Lawn Services

About Bluegrass Lawn Services

First light in Barren County comes up over hayfields and fencerows, and the dew sits heavy on a Glasgow lawn until the sun clears the treeline. That is when Bluegrass Lawn Services starts — blades set, trim line ready, the first pass laid down while the grass is still cool. Through the long humid stretch of a Kentucky summer the growing never really quits, so neither does the route: cut, trim, edge, blow the clippings off the walk, move on. Autumn eases it, and the last cuts of the year go down over ground that smells like cut hay and rain coming. The pleasure is in the finish — a straight edge along the drive and a yard that looks like somebody meant it.
