About Akers Lawn Care and Landscaping, LLC

Down in the bottoms where North Elkhorn Creek bends through Scott County, mist sits low until midmorning and the grass grows like it has somewhere to be. Akers Lawn Care and Landscaping, LLC keeps Georgetown yards through that long green middle of the year, mowing on a rhythm the lawn can count on and trimming close around fence posts, mailbox stones and tree rings. There is real satisfaction in evening light across a fresh cut, when the blades all lie one direction and a yard looks like it finally exhaled. Weeds come out of the beds, the drive gets swept down to bare concrete, and nothing is left half-finished. Bluegrass ground asks a lot of a lawn, and this is the work of keeping up with it.
