Under Cutters Lawn Care

About Under Cutters Lawn Care

From up on Bald Knob the whole Elkhorn valley lies out under a low February sun, everything bleached to straw and gray and plainly waiting for something. Under Cutters Lawn Care watches for the week it breaks — when the ground firms, the green comes up through the thatch, and the first mow of the year is finally worth making. That cut is taken deliberately, not too short, with the edges recut and the winter litter trimmed and cleared away. Nothing changes a Frankfort yard faster than that first pass; a house can look shut up all winter and awake by suppertime. From there it is simply keeping it — mowing, trimming, edging, week after week into the long green middle of the year.
